1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Austria, covering global distribution (subject to restrictions in some areas).
    Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  2. Transportation costs and tracking
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the destination and the weight/volume of the goods. The final amount is displayed on the checkout page.
    Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress through the cooperative carrier (such as DHL, Austrian Post).
  3. Precautions for International Transportation
    Duties and taxes: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient. For specific fees, please consult the local customs.
    Delivery delay: International transportation may be delayed due to force majeure such as customs inspection and weather. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    Address error: If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee needs to be paid again for shipment.
    Rejected package: After returning the item, a refund will be made according to the original payment method (deducting the shipping fee and handling fee).
